Customer Policy
Being such new business customers are incredibly important after all word of mouth is very powerful. This means customer feedback is taken very seriously. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us to try and resolve the problem.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of certain items returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please contact us with a description of the damage. A full refund excluding postage will be issued or you may choose to have a replacement sent on the return of the faulty goods. Please note Shirl’s Aromaplus is not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery or for damage occurring from incorrect use.

All care is taken to provide accurate descriptions of items. Please remember that colours may vary slightly from the picture due to different computer settings.
